To support our expanding visual inspection services, we are looking for a Visual Inspection Program Manager to oversee project execution, resource planning, and client interactions.

About the Position

Location: Basel, Switzerland (Rosental area)

Start Date: as soon as possible

Employment Rate: 100% (permanent position)

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management for visual inspection programs
• Shaping the strategic vision of the Visual Inspection business unit, identifying growth opportunities and service innovations.
• Resource planning and oversight of ongoing visual inspection projects
• Study setup for visual inspection projects, including protocol development, execution, and documentation.
• Client and strategic partner communication, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Continuous improvement of workflows and methodologies to enhance Clear Solutions’ visual inspection service offerings.

Your Profile

• MSc or BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
• Understanding of visual inspection processes, regulatory expectations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience in project management, resource allocation, and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for business development and innovation.
