Adecco bietet in Basel eine Position als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ mit 80–100% Pensum an. Sie begleiten Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit Respekt, fördern Selbstbestimmung und unterstützen Alltags- sowie Freizeitaktivitäten.
Wichtige Aufgaben umfassen die Planung, Dokumentation und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit. Gesucht wird eine empathische, flexible Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen und guten Kenntnissen im Lobos-System.
