Sternenhof Basel bietet älteren Menschen ein lebenswertes Daheim im Herzen Basel. Das Haus für Betagte umfasst fünf Wohnbereiche, 58 Bewohnende und eine Rund-um-die-Uhr-Betreuung.
Wir suchen ab sofort/nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson Betreuung und Pflege im Nachtdienst (FaGe/DN I/DN II) mit 40% Einsatz. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in der Nacht, gestalten Abläufe mit den Bewohnenden und fördern deren Lebensqualität sowie Selbstständigkeit.
