Das Bürgerspital Basel sucht eine Pflegefachperson zur Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Pflegezentrum Burgfelderhof. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Pflegeteam zusammen und gestalten den vielfältigen Wohnalltag verantwortungsvoll und einfühlsam.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die eigenverantwortliche Pflege, Krisenreaktionen mit besonnenem Handeln und eine wertschätzende Kommunikation. Eine abgeschlossene tertiäre Ausbildung HF/FH wird vorausgesetzt, ideal ist Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege.
