Senior Consultant Lab Digitalisation

• Bachelor's,Master'sor PhD in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• Further education or certifications in IT, digitalisation, or project management (e.g. PMP, Agile) are a plus
• 3-5years of relevant professional experience, ideallywithinalife scienceslab environment
• Proven track recordin leading laboratory digitalization and automation initiatives, including the implementation of lab informatics platforms and the integration of laboratory instruments, robotics, and automated workflow
• Strongunderstandingoflaboratory workflows and digital lab solutions (LIMS, ELN, CDS, LES, etc.)
• Knowledge of laboratory data life cycles and system integration
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Proficient in managing projects using both traditional and agile methodologies
• Experience in managing client relationships and capable of working with stakeholders from science, IT, QA, and business
• Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of leading several work streams in parallel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Skilled infacilitatingworkshops and delivering clear, persuasive presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and proactive mindset
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change, with the ability to propose and adapt solutions
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment

• Lead anddeliverprojects in the field of lab digitalisation, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
• Act as a subject matter expert for lab informatics solutions such as LIMS, ELN,scientificdataacquisitionandanalysis platforms, andsystem integrations
• Translate complex business and laboratory requirements into scalable digital and automated labsolutions
• Evaluate and recommendemergingtechnologies and digital trends in lab environments (e.g. cloud platforms, IoT)
• Build andmaintainstrong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions
• Support clients in laboratory and process automation strategy, including automation maturity assessments, vendor selection, and roadmap development
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators
• Identifyupselling and cross-selling opportunities during engagements and support business development activities
