As Head of Enterprise Innovation
, you will be part of our Dental Service Organization (DSO) and lead innovation initiatives with Enterprise customers as well as our Enterprise Validation team. This role involves conducting in-depth workflow analysis and workshops, defining key innovation projects, and coordinating effectively to ensure project success with our enterprise clients.

• Build, structure, and lead high-performing innovation and validation teams
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities to support professional growth
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Strengthen Validation team as a core pillar of the enterprise business

• Build partnerships with C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders
  -understanding priorities, and innovation ambitions
• Design and facilitate workshops and workflow analyses to identify opportunities for innovation and co-creation
• Act as the main point of connection between enterprise customers and internal teams throughout project life cycles

• Lead the exploration, scoping, and prioritization of innovation and validation initiatives.
• Coordinate project proposals, defining objectives, deliverables, and governance.
• Partner with regional colleagues to support negotiation processes
• Oversee the execution of innovation and validation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and organizational strategy.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal innovation teams to channel new ideas and opportunities into the respective processes.
• Act as the primary contact for enterprise focus groups and beta testing initiatives.
• Facilitate customer feedback loops to shape solutions that deliver real-world value.

• Support the definition of the Enterprise Validation vision, strategy, and annual roadmaps.
• Work with regional and product teams to define and select the most impactful validation workflows

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Innovation, Technology, or a related field.
• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in consulting, innovation management, digital transformation, preferably with enterprise clients
• Proven experience leading teams and overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong facilitation skills, with confidence engaging senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with innovation frameworks such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or Agile methodologies.
