Senior DevOps Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior Dev Ops Engineer who loves real engineering — digging into Linux, Kubernetes internals, networking flows, and stateful systems running on‑prem. If you enjoy understanding how things work under the hood rather than relying on cloud shortcuts, this is your kind of environment.

• Operate and improve large-scale Openshift/Kubernetes clusters
• Troubleshoot complex workloads using CLI-first methods
• Build resilient deployments for both stateless and stateful services
• Work closely with developers to improve reliability and performance
• Support on‑prem infrastructure where engineering matters

You’ll thrive here if you can confidently walk through scenarios like:

• Commands - oc logs, oc describe, events, probes, OOMKilled analysis.)
• Knowing what to do when External request reaches a pod - (Route/Ingress → Service → Endpoints → Pod)
• DNS or iptables.
• Nodes, Disk space issues
• Diagnose - var/lib/docker
• Clean unused images/logs, and identify heavy processes.

• Deploying Redis/Kafka inside Openshift using Stateful Sets
• PV/PVC, and Pod Anti‑Affinity feels natural.

• Ability to reason through problems logically
• Comfort in regulated, on‑prem environments
• Curiosity and ownership
