IT Onsite Support Specialist

-80% to join our client's innovative engineering team in Basel.

• Perform IMACD activities:
  Install, Move, Add, Change, and Delete hardware / software components
• Provide expert troubleshooting for Citrix and Windows-based systems
• Serve as the primary onsite support contact for end users
• Deliver dedicated support to VIP users, ensuring high service standards
• Collaborate closely with clients to maintain and improve service quality
• Participate in process optimization and contribute to project initiatives

• Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent professional experience
• Solid expertise in Windows 11, Active Directory, and SCCM
• Proven experience in supporting complex workplace IT environments
• ITIL Foundation certification is a strong advantage
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Clean criminal and financial record (documentation not older than 3 months)

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Type: 7 months (option of extension)

Workload: 60% to 80% (approx. 24 hours / week)

Remote Work: Not available

Pikett Service: Required

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:30 (block times apply)

Language Requirements: German (C1), Swiss German (B2), English (B2)
