Global Ecosystem Insights Beyond TA Insights Product Enablement Leader

Position

Beyond Therapeutic Area (TA) Insights Product Enablement Leader – lead the integration of AI and digital solutions across Roche’s market insight, portfolio and customer‑centric intelligence functions.

This role acts as an internal consultant and strategist, partnering with commercial and cross‑functional leaders to generate insights that span therapeutic areas and drive cross‑portfolio decisions.

• AI capability building – establish a framework for integrating Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics into primary market research, secondary insights, and forecasting.
• Process optimization – streamline insight workflows through technology solutions, enabling swift transition from data analysis to strategic advisory.
• Solution integration – identify, pilot, deploy, and manage a suite of internal and external technology solutions; partner with AABI to curate the Ecosystem Tool Stack (GenAI and synthesis platforms) for faster, cost‑effective insights.
• Workflow driving – ensure new technologies are adopted and deeply integrated into team culture, bridging technical capabilities with daily research practices to maximize impact.
• Upskilling & training – lead the digital transformation of EI by designing and delivering structured training programs that elevate technical fluency and AI literacy across the department.

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in pharma/biotech commercial insights and product tech enablement.
• Insights Product Enablement Expert – extensive experience in implementing AI/tech solutions for primary market research, secondary research and/or forecasting.
• Innovation Driver – proven ability to develop, generate buy‑in and pilot innovative tools or systems that address business needs.
• Change Champion – adept at translating high‑level intent into actionable roadmaps and leading initiatives through uncertainty and resistance.
• Impact Scaler – track record of transformation impact at the department/functional level or broader organizational level.
• Strategic Problem Solver – critical thinker capable of navigating portfolio and enterprise complexities and translating research into concise business recommendations.
• Influential Collaborator – expert at building partnerships across functional and geographic boundaries without direct authority.
