Overview
On behalf of our Global Pharmaceutical clients at RED, we’re looking for an experienced AI Transformation Leader / Enterprise AI Architect lead to help shape and deliver our international businesses AI strategy.
Responsibilities- Developing a multi-year AI roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Scaling and integrating existing AI initiatives across the enterprise
- Defining AI operating models, governance, and capability evolution
- Driving executive stakeholder engagement across business and IT
- Supporting organizational change, AI adoption, and transformation at scale
- Enterprise AI / GenAI transformation leadership
- AI strategy, architecture, or operating model experience
- Experience in regulated or multinational environments preferred
- Ability to bridge business strategy, governance, and technical delivery
- Experience across AI governance, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, GenAI, RAG, AI modernization, or digital transformation is highly valued
