As part of a strategic initiative within a pharmaceutical environment, we are looking for a Service Now Functional Coordinator to support the evolution and delivery of a critical IT platform used across multiple business functions in a highly regulated environment.

This role is positioned between business stakeholders, the Product Owner and external technical partners. We are looking for someone able to understand business needs, coordinate discussions with technical teams and support the delivery of platform enhancements in an Agile environment.

• Act as a coordination point between business stakeholders, the Product Owner and external Service Now partners
• Gather and clarify business requirements with end users and internal teams
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Support backlog preparation and contribute to sprint organization and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with technical teams to assess feasibility, priorities and delivery timelines
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between business and technical stakeholders
• Follow the implementation of platform evolutions and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the optimization of Service Now processes and functionalities
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and escalate blockers when needed
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and compliance teams in a regulated environment

• Good understanding of the Service Now platform, functionalities and ITSM processes
• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments and participating in sprint activities
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with external partners and multiple stakeholders

• Engineering degree or equivalent background in IT, business applications or information systems
• Around 2 to 5 years of experience in Service Now, application coordination or IT project environments
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in dynamic and cross-functional environments
• Autonomous, collaborative and pragmatic personality
