Coopers Group AG sucht einen engagierten Junior IT-Supporter (60% m/w/d) in Basel-Stadt, der den reibungslosen Betrieb der Workplace-Infrastruktur für rund 10’000 Anwender sicherstellt. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehört die Behebung von Störungen im Citrix- und Windows-Umfeld sowie die Durchführung von IMACD-Tasks.
Das ideale Profil umfasst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik, Erfahrung im Onsite Support und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Eine hohe Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit sind ebenfalls notwendig.
