We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support the evolution of several business applications (ERP, HR…) within an international environment.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping to understand operational needs, analyze existing systems, and design practical solutions that deliver real business value.

Beyond traditional business analysis activities, we are looking for someone who enjoys digging into how systems actually work, understanding their limitations, exploring alternative approaches, and identifying creative solutions to complex business challenges.

This role requires a strong combination of business acumen, analytical thinking, and technical curiosity.

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Understand and document existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze the functional and technical behavior of enterprise applications.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution design.
• Evaluate different implementation options and recommend the most suitable approach.
• Perform impact assessments and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate closely with business users, application teams, developers, and external vendors.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Investigate system limitations and identify pragmatic workarounds when required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business applications and related processes.
• Support users throughout the lifecycle of application enhancement.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex application environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical constraints.
• Experience writing functional specifications and requirements documentation.
• Good understanding of application architecture and system integration.
• Ability to analyze and understand relational data models.
• Experience with testing, validation, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to investigate how systems operate and identify practical solutions to business challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with ERP, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integration concepts.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Curious and hands‑on mindset with a genuine interest in understanding how systems work behind the scenes.
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains, applications, and technologies.
• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
