Tasks

Gather requirements, analyse challenges/risks, define mitigation actions
Create documentation (process flow visions, traceability matrices)
Design, update and review:
- MBRs (Master Batch Records)
- ESPs
- GMBRs
- PVLs
- PMBRs
Build standard libraries for processes
Maintain and update master data and BOMs
Ensure MES consistency and quality compliance

Shift Requirements

3-shift coverage:
- 06:00-14:00
- 14:00-22:00
- 22:00-06:00
Sunday 22:00 - Friday 22:00 operations
Premiums:
- +25% night & weekend shifts
- +50% Sundays/public holidays

Requirements Mandatory Skills

Experience with M / electronic batch record design
Requirements engineering in pharma/manufacturing
GMP knowledge
Risk analysis / mitigation

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in hypercare / go-live support
Standard library creation in MES
Experience with traceability matrices
Exposure to validation (CSV)

Soft Skills

Strong communication with stakeholders
Analytical thinking
Ability to work in shifts / high-pressure environments
Team collaboration
