SAP Business Objects Consultant

vacancy for our Basel based client in the Financial Services sector

• Maintain, develop, and provide comprehensive support for the SAP Business Objects BI platform and its reporting system
• Create and modify reports and universes, ensuring business requirements are met with efficient BI solutions
• Assist and guide business users, from beginners to advanced report developers, with queries and problem resolution
• Support the migration project from SAP Business Objects version 4.3 to BI 2025, including platform upgrades and patching

• Experience working with SAP Business Objects, ideally version 4.3 or later
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP Business Objects, reporting and universe development
• Expert-level SQL skills
• Proven experience supporting non-technical users in a BI environment
• Language skills:
  English

• Team player with strong collaboration abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Proactive and adaptable, able to manage routine and urgent tasks as required
