We are seeking an experienced LDC Solution Design Manager
- Manufacturing Execution to lead the design and development of SAP S/4

HANA-based manufacturing execution solutions.

This role is accountable for translating business requirements into scalable, compliant, and efficient system solutions, while ensuring strong integration across manufacturing, IT, and business functions. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and contribute to transforming data and digital capabilities into strategic assets that generate actionable insights.

• Design and build SAP S/4
  
  HANA-based manufacturing execution processes
  , including integration with:
  • Production Planning (PP-PI)
  • MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
  • Line management systems
  • PI Historian
  • ATTP
  • Cross‑functional areas (Finance, Quality, etc.)
• Ensure solutions:
  • Meet business and user requirements
  • Align with architectural roadmaps
  • Are traceable, standardized, and compliant with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, NFCM, P3, TPRM)
• Collaborate closely with IT experts, work streams, and data & analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Lead fit‑gap workshops
  :
  • Identify integration points and dependencies
  • Propose solutions for gaps
  • Provide effort estimates and align with business stakeholders
• Deliver project work on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  , aligned with release cycles
• Ensure:
  • Solutions are peer‑reviewed, documented, and signed off (GPOs / functional leads)
  • Testing is completed and meets quality standards
• Maintain compliance with internal and external requirements (e.g., FDA, IGM framework)
• Facilitate workshops and regular collaboration forums

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
  • Manufacturing execution
  • Production planning
  • MES or related domains
  • Strong experience with:
  • SAP S/4
    
    HANA (PP‑PI)
  • Integration between SAP PP‑PI, MES, and SAP EWM
  • Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing
    :
    • Drug Substance and/or Packaging
  • Excellent SAP expertise and system integration knowledge
  • Strong skills in:
    • Workshop facilitation
    • Presentation and communication
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
• Understanding of GMP regulations
