Rocken in Basel sucht eine/n Leitung IT-Support (m/w/d) zur Führung des 2nd-/3rd-Level-Supports. Sie übernehmen Koordination und Dispatching, sichern die Servicebereitstellung und arbeiten eng mit System Engineers.
Sie bringen umfassende Erfahrung in Windows, M365, Cloud, Netzwerke und Servern mit. Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau ist Voraussetzung;
Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Ein anspruchsvolles, dynamisches Umfeld erwartet Sie.
