Senior HR IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of HR IT projects
• Leading HR system implementations and transformation projects (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM, or comparable solutions)
• Managing project teams, stakeholders, and external service providers
• Responsibility for budget, resources, deadlines, and quality
• Conducting workshops and coordinating with HR, IT, and business leaders
• Analyzing and optimizing HR processes
• Supporting presales activities, proposal preparation, and customer development
• Ensuring professional communication with clients and management

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in HR IT, HR transformation, or digitalization projects
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex software or implementation projects
• In-depth knowledge of modern HR systems (Workday, SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM, or comparable systems)
• Experience in stakeholder management at the management and C-level
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Business-level proficiency in German and English
• Preferred:
  Experience in international transformation projects or the public sector
• Knowledge of agile project methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile Delivery)
