Position: Defect Manager (Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Defect Manager (m/f/d) for a client project with the following background and expertise:

Defect Lifecycle Management: Proven experience managing end-to-end defect processes, including triage, prioritization, tracking, resolution, and closure.
Agile Delivery & Release Management
:
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience aligning defect resolution with sprints, release plans, and delivery timelines.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate development teams, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors to drive timely resolutions.
Quality Management & Continuous Improvement
:
Experience analyzing defect trends, improving processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting root cause analysis.
GxP & Digital Lab Experience
:
Experience working in GxP-regulated environments; knowledge of electronic lab notebooks (ELN), laboratory workflows, or system integrations is a plus.

Start: August 2026

Duration: December 2026 (with option for extension)

Work load: 100 %
