CLEEVEN is seeking a SAP Success Factors Business Analyst to join our Swiss activities in Basel. You will work across HR, IT, data and SAP teams to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions and ensure data consistency throughout the landscape.
You will gather HR stakeholder requirements, analyse the SAP Success Factors data model, and define data mappings, interfaces and migration needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HRIS solutions.
