This SAP Business Transformation Lead role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Lead Consultant to join a leading global organisation on a 6-months renewable contract
, supporting a major business and digital transformation programme.

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring transformation initiatives deliver measurable value across the organisation. Working closely with senior business leaders, programme teams and SAP experts, you will shape transformation roadmaps, align business processes with SAP capabilities and drive organisational change across multiple functions.

You will:

• Lead business transformation initiatives aligned with the organisation's SAP roadmap.
• Drive business process harmonisation and organisational change across multiple functions.
• Support SAP programme governance, planning and delivery.

Skills /

Experience:

• Proven experience leading SAP Business Transformation programmes within large international organisations.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and enterprise transformation methodologies.
• Experience with in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences is highly desirable.

Contract: 6 Months

Daily Rate: 800 – 900 CHF
