Swisslinx is seeking a hands-on HRIS integration lead to drive data migration for a complex HR technology transformation across Basel, Colmar, and Manchester.
You will own data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation and reconciliation, coordinate end-to-end testing with implementation partners, and ensure GDPR and security controls while liaising with HR, payroll and IT stakeholders in a hybrid international team.
