Lonza is seeking a senior leader to drive digital innovation within bioconjugation. You will collaborate with scientists and business stakeholders to translate challenging problems into scalable digital solutions, define use cases, and guide agile teams from concept to deployment.
Ideal candidates will have a PhD in a related field, extensive experience in pharma/biotech environments, and a track record in translating scientific needs into digital products or capabilities.
