- Telefonische Beratung in Deutsch und Französisch, bei Zumutbarkeit auch Englisch
- Informatikausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Support
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und engagierte Persönlichkeit
- Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie solide Französischkenntnisse werden zwingend verlangt, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
