The SAP IC SM Principal Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management solutions for pharmaceutical The consultant works closely with business stakeholders, SAP S/4

HANA teams, clinical supply chain teams, and integration teams to ensure efficient management of clinical trial supplies, study planning, manufacturing, distribution, and inventory visibility.

• Gather and analyze clinical supply chain business requirements.
• Design and configure SAP IC SM processes to support clinical trial operations.
• Support study setup, demand planning, supply planning, packaging, labeling, and distribution processes.
• Integrate SAP IC SM with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and related applications.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Participate in solution design workshops and process improvement initiatives.

• SAP EWM (preferred)
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
• Knowledge of GxP and regulated environments
