IT Works Recruitment Europe is supporting an established organisation in the recruitment of an IFS Support Specialist to join their team in Basel.
The role will focus on providing high-quality day-to-day support to IFS users while helping to improve the stability, functionality and performance of the wider ERP environment. This position would suit an IFS professional who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with users and contributing to continuous system improvements.
Key responsibilities:- Provide L1/L2 application support to IFS users
- Investigate and resolve functional and system-related issues
- Manage support tickets and incidents through to resolution
- Work directly with business users to understand requirements
- Support testing, releases, upgrades and system enhancements
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Work with internal IT teams, developers and external IFS partners
- Hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
- Previous experience in an IFS support role
- Good understanding of ERP processes and functionality
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
