- Sicherstellung des Betriebs, der Betreuung sowie der Weiterentwicklung des Klinikinformationssystems KISIM von Cistec
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen sowie aktive Mitarbeit an (interdisziplinären) Projekten im Bereich der klinischen Applikationen
- Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen dem klinischen Betrieb und der technischen Informatik
- Spezifikation und Umsetzung der technischen Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den medizinischen Fachbereichen
- Planung und Implementierung von Change Requests und Releases
- 2nd Level Support und Koordination mit den Lieferanten im 3rd Level-Bereich
- Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents wie Parametrierprobleme, Schnittstellen-Themen sowie Anwendungsfragen (2nd Level Support)
- Erstellung von Anleitungen, Dokumentationen, Mockups, etc.
- Unterstützung der Key-User in den Fachabteilungen
- Teilnahme an den entsprechenden Fachgruppen (z.B. Board KISIM, etc.)
