Skills Apple & MDM Engineering:
Expert in macOS architecture, Jamf Pro (API automation, packaging, zero-touch deployment), Microsoft Intune (iOS), and Cisco Meraki (Android)., , Cloud, Scripting & Infrastructure:
Advanced Bash & Python automation, Azure/Entra  integration (Conditional Access, SSO, SCEP), networking (802.1X, VPN), and enterprise infrastructure management.

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full Time |On-site) "Apple System Administrator" in Switzerland .

• Manage Jamf Pro end-to-end (policies, profiles, smart groups, packaging, patch management), lead automated package creation (pkgbuild, Auto Pkg, Munki), and build zero-touch provisioning pipelines via Apple Business Manager and Setup Your Mac (SYM).
• Administer Microsoft Intune for iOS devices and Cisco Meraki Systems Manager / Google Workspace for Android devices to ensure unified compliance.
• Configure Azure/Entra  applications, security/dynamic groups, Conditional Access policies, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and Microsoft Defender integrations.
• Manage distributed storage (Lucid Link), font servers/licensing compliance, and enterprise Adobe Creative Cloud administration.
• Provide senior desktop support, manage hardware stock lifecycle, and perform data centre operations (racking, cabling, hardware troubleshooting).
• Author comprehensive SOPs, knowledge base articles, and training materials; mentor local IT teams and lead root-cause investigations.

• Multi-year professional experience in enterprise macOS administration and large-scale Jamf Pro usage.
• Proven track record of managing multi-OS fleets (Apple, iOS, Android) integrated with Azure/Entra .
• Strong technical writing and training delivery background for building internal knowledge bases.
• Comfortable operating within a Windows-majority enterprise environment with strict security compliance standards.
• Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland
• Fluency in German & English language (Min B2 Level)
