Position
Global Supply Chain and Product Strategy Organization (PTS) connects markets to the global manufacturing network by managing inventory, supply, and replenishment planning.
OpportunityAs a Supply Chain Excellence Lead, you will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain Excellence. In this role, you will act as a key change agent, identifying operational challenges and deploying sustainable, high‑impact improvements across the global supply chain.
Responsibilities- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency across end‑to‑end supply chain processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning while orchestrating operational excellence capability building across the supply chain.
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, lead business performance initiatives using the DMAIC framework, and embed those improvements into supply chain processes and systems.
- Develop and implement supply chain KPIs to measure and control performance across various reporting levels, defining clear accountability in collaboration with Business Capability Owners.
- Utilize end‑to‑end system thinking to capture, integrate, and analyze data for process and performance optimization.
- Continuously assess and interpret internal and external variables impacting supply chain performance, identifying and deploying appropriate systems and technologies to achieve goals.
- Develop and implement business rules, procedures, and policies to ensure consistent operational performance and proactively manage risks.
- Define and sustain resiliency measures to maintain high service levels and anticipate, mitigate, and monitor supply chain risks.

- Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA in supply chain or a related field.
- Certifications such as APICS and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) as a strict requirement.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in an End‑to‑End Supply Chain function within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable results through continuous improvement and OE/LEAN/SIX SIGMA methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills.
