Senior Coordinator Distribution Europe

• Closely collaborate with Third‑party Logistics (3PLs) to ensure that all orders are processed and shipments are delivered on time.
• Provide support to the 3PL on orders and shipments.
• Ensure effective communication with customers and provide information and resolutions in a timely manner.
• Monitor allocation/quota/suspicious orders and shortage risk.
• Process credit notes, debit notes and product returns.
• Support collection of order‑to‑cash data and reports.

• Set up new customers and update existing ones, ensuring BeOne master data is accurate.
• Run regular sanity checks to ensure customer data accuracy and completeness (payment terms, incoterms, tax codes, credit limits, complete order/billing execution).
• Plan, execute and document the annual customer revalidation, ensuring compliance with GDP requirements and country‑specific documents/licenses.

• Log distribution incidents and analyse data to optimise operations in scope (incorrect orders, customer address, shipping methods, delayed shipments, etc.).
• Initiate quality deviations in Veeva QMS for events impacting the quality or safety of BeOne products (product returns, damages, etc.).
• Help maintain up‑to‑date SOPs and work instructions.

• Support Order to Cash operational readiness for new country launches, new product introduction or new distribution models.
• Support global projects such as system enhancements and new feature development (SAP, EDI, Veeva) aimed at simplifying distribution operations.
  
  Help identify standardisation and optimisation opportunities for distribution processes across Europe, focusing on lead time, quality, costs and customer experience.
• Assist in the analysis and reduction of distribution costs in collaboration with the Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Participate in service level agreement and performance reviews with logistics providers to ensure service level targets are met.

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• English required; any other major European language is a plus.
• Experience with SAP SD/MM.
• Experience with EDI.
• Knowledge of Veeva is a plus.
• Knowledge of GDP.
• Understanding of basic temperature‑controlled shipments (ambient and cold chain).
• Strong prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with sense of initiative.
• Solution oriented and customer focus.
• Track record of making things happen.
• Standard computer skills (MS Office); SAP; ideally a QMS.
