Acting as a vital link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will help drive performance across the entire Purchase-to-Pay process. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Arxada’s operational excellence by optimizing procurement processes, improving inventory availability, and supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Essential Job Functions Take ownership of the end-to-end operational procurement process, acting as the main point of contact for Purchase-to-Pay activities

Manage MRP processes, ensuring optimal inventory levels and availability through SAP, including disposition parameter adjustments

Coordinate internal requirements and procure technical goods, spare parts, and services in line with business needs

Ensure timely processing and follow-up of payment transactions in the purchasing area Maintain and monitor key purchasing lists such as GR/IR, open purchase orders, cash management, and order acknowledgements

Create and track contracts within the ERP system in collaboration with strategic buyers

Support buyers on procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, business management, sales, or a technical commercial environment

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Ability to act as a connector across functions such as production, engineering, and workshops, fostering collaboration

Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively
