Proclinical is seeking a Congress & Experiential Manager to coordinate the creative execution and seamless delivery of international congress experiences. This role focuses on ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across all touchpoints while working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will play a key role in translating strategy into action by combining science, storytelling, and spatial design to create impactful experiences on a global stage.

Responsibilities:- Coordinate and implement the creative aspects of congress experiences across assigned brands and medical initiatives, aligning with creative and design strategies.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Scientific Communications, IMA, and Omnichannel, for seamless coordination.
- Uphold design quality standards and creative benchmarks set by the Creative Strategy team.
- Oversee content approvals and compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines.
- Stay informed on experiential, digital, and sustainability trends to drive innovation in healthcare brand experiences.
- Continuously benchmark against competitors and internal best practices to enhance congress experiences.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across internal and external partners, promoting a unified team approach.
- Experience in agency, experiential, or exhibition project management; healthcare or industry background is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, event production, and experiential design principles.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence.
- Knowledge of pharma compliance or regulated industries is advantageous.
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated to transform how science is experienced.
