PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR (m/w/d)

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts
• Lead, motivate, and support production operators on the shop floor
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
• Monitor processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues during the shift
• Ensure proper handover and structured reporting between shifts

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Hands-on and practical in daily work
• Flexible with schedule and tasks
• Team player with a positive attitude
