Der ideale Kandidat hat eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der Pharma/Chemie oder Sanitär-/Heizungsbranche und bringt handwerkliches Geschick mit. Sie sollten sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse haben und bereit sein, im 4-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten.
