About the Role

We are currently supporting a leading aviation and aerospace organisation in Switzerland seeking an experienced Aircraft Component Painter to join their maintenance and production team. This position offers the opportunity to work on aircraft components in a highly regulated environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare aircraft components for painting and finishing processes.
  • Carry out painting activities in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety procedures, and company standards.
  • Complete and maintain accurate work documentation.
  • Support the planning and timely completion of work orders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on process improvements and technical clarifications.
  • Operate, maintain, and care for painting equipment and related systems.
Candidate Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Painter, Vehicle Painter, Body Shop Painter, or similar technical trade.
  • Strong craftsmanship and technical aptitude.
  • High attention to detail with a precise and quality-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Flexible mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • English language skills would be advantageous.
