- Min. 15 years in the chemical industry with min. 5 years in a Lead production role.
- Experience in cGMP/Pharma Drug Substance manufacturing.
- Experience in batch manufacturing.
- Experience with DCS and other automated production systems
- Advanced knowledge of GMP manufacturing and HSE & Q systems.
- Statutory and legal requirements in Production.
- Production Planning and Production Management systems (eg: SAP etc.).
- Experience in analysing and controlling financial/cost control techniques.
- Very good understanding of business processes.
- Exposure to continuous improvement techniques (eg : 6 sigma /Lean/TOC etc.).
- Proficient with current office software skills.
- Good communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Systematic, structured, and efficient working style.
- Open, positive attitude with a respect for others.
- Result oriented.
- Tenacity and resilience
- Analytical ability.
- Ability to innovate and find long term and short-term solutions in engineering.
- Chemical Engineer/ PhD in Chemistry
- Fluent in German and business proficient English.
