As an Associate Expert Drug Supply, you will play a critical role in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients and solid dosage forms that support cutting-edge clinical trials. Joining our TRD PHAD Oral Supply team, you will work in a highly collaborative and quality-focused environment where your expertise directly contributes to the development of new treatments and helps transform patients' lives.

• Manufacture solid dosage forms in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
• Sieving and milling of active pharmaceutical ingredients
• Perform in-process (IPC) and process flow controls (PAK), ensuring accurate documentation within manufacturing execution systems.
• Execute encapsulation, tableting, granulation, and precise drug processing (PDP) activities according to approved procedures.
• Operate, set up, clean, and disinfect manufacturing equipment and production areas.
• Support equipment maintenance, calibration, qualification, and commissioning activities.
• Contribute to audit readiness, continuous improvement initiatives, and key performance indicator achievement.
• Collaboration in the creation / revision of procedural documents (SOP, WP, FRM).
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, data integrity, and information security requirements.

• Completed vocational training in a technical, pharmaceutical, chemical, food production, or related field.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience working within a Good Manufacturing Practice regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment and following documented procedures.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including active ingredients or solid dosage forms.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Experience with in pharmaceutical or chemical development manufacturing environments.
• Forklift license or certification.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 65,870.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
