Adryan is looking for an experienced Process Expert – MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) to support our client in Basel Switzerland.

The role focuses on the implementation, optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
, with a particular focus on sterile production
.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and other technical functions to ensure that processes and equipment are effectively implemented, documented and maintained in a GMP-regulated environment.

This is a hands-on process and manufacturing role.

• Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes and procedures within a sterile production environment.
• Support the implementation of new processes, equipment and manufacturing technologies
  .
• Provide technical support for manufacturing activities including preparation, filling, in-process controls and batch documentation
  .
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation and electronic batch records (MES).
• Ensure manufacturing processes are operated in accordance with GMP requirements and validated process parameters
  .
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
  .
• Support investigations of deviations, process issues and change controls
  .
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to resolve technical and process-related issues.
• Support internal and customer audits from a process and technical perspective.
• Provide technical support during customer visits and regulatory inspections when required.
• Support projects involving the implementation of new equipment, processes and manufacturing procedures
  .
• Contribute to maintaining the validated state and robustness of manufacturing processes
  .

• University or technical college degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering or a related technical discipline
  .
• Professional experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment
  .
• Experience in MSAT, process engineering, manufacturing science, process technology or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  .
• Experience in sterile or aseptic manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Practical experience with the implementation or improvement of manufacturing processes and/or equipment
  .
• Good understanding of GMP and validated manufacturing processes
  .
• Experience with deviations, change controls and GMP documentation
  .
• Familiarity with MES and SAP
  .
• Good knowledge of MS Office
  .
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams.
• Fluent English is required.
• German is an advantage but not essential.
