We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Intern to join our EMEA Marketing team at Fossil Group in Basel, Switzerland . In this role, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, helping bring brand campaigns, promotions, retail activations, and marketing content to life across the EMEA region.

This is a full-time internship from July through December (6 months) based in our Basel office. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Creative, Digital, and external partners to support the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.

Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.

Support Fossil brand campaigns and promotional content development across multiple platforms, including website, paid social, paid search, organic social media, and retail.

Prepare and distribute promotional briefings and support the execution of promotional activities.

Coordinate the translation process for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events across EMEA markets.

Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events across EMEA retail stores.

Support the production and distribution of printed marketing materials for EMEA mainline and full-price retail stores.

Help organize and maintain marketing content libraries and digital assets for retail stores and shopping center partners.

Create and manage Click Up tasks and project workflows for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Track project timelines and support coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Provide administrative support and contribute to ad hoc marketing projects as needed.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Gap year students with a first internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional European languages such as German, French, or others are considered a plus.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Passionate about fashion, retail, branding, and integrated marketing.

Comfortable working with digital tools and project management platforms.

Experience with Click Up, , or similar project management tools is a plus.

Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in an international environment.

Hands-on experience within a global lifestyle and fashion company.

Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns across multiple EMEA markets.
