Pro Natura sucht eine/n Abteilungsleiter:in Kommunikation und Marketing in Basel. Die Rolle umfasst die strategische und operative Leitung der Abteilung mit rund 25 Mitarbeitenden und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung (80–100%).
Sie entwickeln Strategien, führen Kampagnen, verantworten Budget und Qualität und arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen. Voraussetzung ist ein Hochschulabschluss in Marketing/Kommunikation und langjährige Führungserfahrung im Nonprofitbereich.
