As Executive Director, Production Hub, you will shape the future of content production, adaptation, modular content operations, and production partnerships, enabling high-quality, compliant omnichannel execution across Novartis' priority International markets. Reporting to the Head, Customer Experience & Content International, you will drive the evolution of scalable production capabilities that accelerate speed, quality, and business impact while advancing innovation through digital and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions.

This is also a critical leadership role, responsible for building and developing high-performing teams, fostering future talent, and serving as a strategic bridge between local markets and International marketing teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead content production and adaptation strategies across International markets to drive business impact.
• Build scalable production models that deliver high-quality, compliant omnichannel customer engagement content.
• Shape and optimize a data-driven content supply chain through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of modular content frameworks, claims libraries, and reusable content strategies.
• Champion digital innovation and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions across content creation and deployment.
• Influence senior stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate execution across global and local teams.
• Develop high-performing teams and strengthen talent pipelines across geographies and disciplines.
• Act as a strategic bridge between markets and International marketing teams to enable execution excellence.

• Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Content Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 15 years of multifunctional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience across local market and above-country marketing and commercial functions.
• Demonstrated direct leadership experience, including leading large organizations and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing, execution excellence, and large-scale business transformation.
• Deep understanding of content production, content supply chains, omnichannel engagement, content adaptation, and modular content strategies.
• Experience driving digital innovation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled capabilities within complex global matrix organizations.

• Large market commercial experience within a pharmaceutical multinational organization.
• Experience developing and implementing best-in-class processes and operating models at scale.
