Aufgaben gehören die Pflege von Privatgärten, Mitarbeit an Gartenbauprojekten und direkter Kundenkontakt. Der ideale Kandidat bringt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner/in oder vergleichbare Erfahrung sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse mit. Ein Führerausweis der Kategorie B ist von Vorteil.
