Die Therapeutische Wohn- und Lebensgemeinschaft Wydehöfli in Basel sucht per September 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Gärtnerin/ einen Gärtner EFZ (100 %). Die Stelle bietet sinnstiftende Tätigkeiten im Garten, in der Kräuterwerkstatt und in der Tierbetreuung.
Sie planen, den Gemüse- und Kräuteranbau von Sortenauswahl über Aussaat bis Ernte zu realisieren, betreuen Bewohnende und arbeiten eng mit Wohnen, Küche und Kreativwerkstatt zusammen.
