This role focuses on strategic development and clinical manufacturing of Roche's synthetic molecule portfolio while also being the PTD Basel Site Head. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects, managing quality and safety, and fostering a high-performing organization.

Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and leadership capabilities are essential.
