Die Position erfordert eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemie- oder Pharmatechnologen und Kenntnisse in GMP. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Herstellungsprozessen sowie die Einhaltung der Funktion in einem Pilotierungs- und Produktionsbetrieb.
Ein dynamischer Arbeitsstil und Teamgeist sind erforderlich, ebenso wie die Bereitschaft zu flexiblem Arbeiten. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, während Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil sind.
