Our client, a key player in the industry, is looking for an Sample Operator to plan and execute tasks related to the creation of laboratory aliquots in the area of stability, and to release and reference sample management at site level.

• Performing/organizing GMP aliquots (bulk laboratory and analytical samples in the mg/g range)
• Working in accordance with the relevant SOPs, GMP, GLP, QM, HSE, ISRM guidelines
• Managing inventory (electronic and physical) on behalf of the analytical laboratory in centralized facilities
• Delivering in accordance with the relevant quality standards, ensuring compliance with systems, equipment and processes
• Utilizing complex tools/equipment, laboratory automation tools and specialized facilities
• Creating raw data documents for delivery to internal and/or external customers

• Completed vocational training in (e.g. pharmaceutical development / logistics in the GMP area)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in analytical development
• Good knowledge of software and computer tools
• Proficiency in quality principles (GMP, ALCOA+)
• Native German and good English
