To further expand our Pharma & Life Sciences business in Switzerland and across Europe, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive Pharma Laboratory Solutions (f/m/d)
based in Basel

• Leading end-to-end digital transformation programs across QC laboratories, driving the implementation and optimization of laboratory informatics platforms such as LIMS, Empower CDS, ELN, and SDMS.
• Managing project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery excellence in complex global pharmaceutical environments.
• Collaborating with laboratory, Quality, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, compliant, and business‑focused solutions.
• Driving the integration of laboratory applications, analytical instruments, and enterprise platforms to enable connected and data‑driven laboratory ecosystems.
• Overseeing solution design, validation, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support in regulated GxP environments.
• Supporting change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize business value and operational efficiency.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for laboratory digitalization strategies, smart QC initiatives, and Pharma 4.0 transformation programs.

• 10–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, including extensive exposure to Quality Control laboratory operations.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Empower Chromatography Data Systems (CDS).
• Solid understanding of laboratory informatics, GxP regulations, data integrity, validation processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex laboratory transformation or digitalization programs in a global environment.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.
