Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist

6-Month Contract

Full-Time

We are currently seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist for a 6-month contract assignment to support safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives within a dynamic operational environment.

• Support and continuously improve ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits, and hazard identification activities
• Develop and promote safe work practices across the organization
• Support environmental compliance, sustainability, and waste reduction initiatives
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and corrective action plans
• Assist with incident investigations and emergency response activities
• Deliver EHS training and awareness programs
• Support regulatory compliance and liaison with relevant authorities

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, aviation, or similar environments
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
• Understanding of environmental compliance and sustainability principles
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English language proficiency (minimum B2)

• Experience with carbon footprint, GHG reporting, sustainability, or environmental reporting initiatives
• Knowledge of EU, French, or Swiss EHS regulations
