Technical Testing Lab Assistant - 7074

Our client is a global leader in dental implants and digital dentistry.

To support the preparation, execution, and documentation of mechanical and material tests, they are looking for a Testing Lab Assistant.

The job is in Basel, Switzerland, and the contract is until the end of 2026, with potential extension.

• Sample preparation: prepare dental materials for testing, following the relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), with familiarity with the lab equipment
• Test execution: assist with the mechanical and material property tests
• Documentation management and archiving: record test results and maintain organised archives to ensure traceability
• Laboratory maintenance: clean and calibrate equipment in observance of safety protocols

• Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
• High school diploma
• Technical vocational education and/or experience working in a dental laboratory setting, as a plus
• Familiarity with testing machines and equipment is an advantage
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and data management
• Ability to execute complex tasks following detailed procedures and instructions
• Team-oriented and flexible approach, and eager to work in an international environment
• Strong inclination towards continuous learning
• Fluency in English;
  German is a plus
