Die Rolle ist Teil der globalen Clinical Distribution Organisation und stellt die Einhaltung von GxP- und Qualitätsanforderungen innerhalb der klinischen Supply Chain sicher. Der Fokus liegt auf Compliance, Qualitätsmanagement, Audits und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung.
Aufgaben- Ansprechpartner für alle GxP- und Compliance-Themen
- Beratung der Fachbereiche zu Qualitäts- und Regulatorikfragen
- Bearbeitung von Deviations, CAPAs und Change Controls
- Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen (RCA)
- Begleitung von FDA-, EMA- und internen Audits/Inspektionen
- Verantwortung für Quality KPIs und Trendanalysen
- Verwaltung von SOPs und regulatorischen Dokumenten in Veeva
- Durchführung von GxP-Trainings
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Qualitäts- und Compliance-Prozessen
- Studium in Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie, Supply Chain, Logistik oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in cGMP / GxP Compliance
- Erfahrung mit Audits und Behördeninspektionen
- Erfahrung mit Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls und RCA
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Distribution oder Clinical Logistics
- Verständnis von Lager-, Transport- und Distributionsprozessen
- Deutsch und Englisch fliessend
- Erfahrung mit Veeva sowie Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
